Can I use Jag for divorce? My husband is in the Army not me?

My husband is in the Army. He is in Ft Gordon GA. I am in KY. Although he is the one in the Army can I contact Jag with questions? Can I use Jag for a divorce or do I have to get a seperate attorney? Would I contact the one on his base or the one closest to me?(Ft Knox)
