Why is it that almost identical cars vary in price so much?

in my opinion i guest most ppl go with the believe that brand means it all, facts are the more freebies u get the better, comfort its a must....and of course overall performance...to me thats none important, some ppl do think that brand means better quality parts..thats somewhat true. I guess it all comes down as to how much can u afford..if ure a mill. u ain gonna buy a hunday sonata when u can buy a rolls royce or a lambourghini diablo...so on
