EPT Pregnancy test POSITIVE!!!! TTC for 4 years?

How accurate are theses test? I only took one so far, Im going to wait til tomorrow Am to take another. MY husband & I have been ttc for FOUR YEARS!! I am to start clomid my next cycle! I never had a positive, always negative results, ive read that you can have a a false positive so I don't want to get my hopes up. i tested because I am 6 days late & my period has been like clockwork for the past 8 months, not to mention I have been constipated & wednesday I got sick with some kind of bug & was puking & pooping all day. I have also been sneezing like crazy. I don't know if i was over thinking all that stuff as you do when you want to get pregnant but I thought what the hell, ive been disappointed many times before so I tested & it was positive!! Can it be false? Any experience with these tests?
