Which girl name do you like better? +BQs?

Ou, this is a hard one. I love love both of the names a lot! Sienna is really cute and Si or SiSi would be a cute nickname for a little girl. Gianna is a beautiful name. I prefer Gia as the nickname and its definitely a name she can grow into. Gia sounds like such a beautiful young lady where as SiSi sounds childish.
