Pregnant at 17.. how can i make my relationship work?!?

i was with my bf for 3 years. he ended it because he felt like he wanted to move on even tho i what we had cant be replaced. we weere so in love. first love. and it took a while for us to stop getting back together after a breakup but finally we did and he started seeing someone else.. but he wanted to still be freinds with benifits with me because he still liked me... so then a few weeks went by and he said he dosent want to be freind cuz he wants to get over me.. but i just found out i am pregnant with his baby. thiss is a very very big deal for me concidering we are only 17. i have talked to him about it.. and he wants me to get rid of it because we are to young. but i remember when we were together we planne don moving in and were so excited to have a baby. but i was wondering. i reall want to be with him not for me but for the baby and i want to make this work.. do you think he will concider getting back with me? after i have his baby.. and when we start taking care of it together? what do you think?... if he used to be inlove with me. i know he still cares about me. what do you think?
