My skin used to be healthy a few years ago.Now I find my skin unhealthy.My symptoms are Hyper pigmentation,dry skin,pore like structures at the hair follicles,skin becoming tough etc etc randomly all over the body.I have been on a bad diet of lack of vegetables and fruits since last few years.I DON'T want remedies for my skin I WANT to know the diet,vitamins,minerals etc I need to take to get healthy skin.
