My car got frame damaged while in the possession of a towing company is there any recourse i can take?

they towed my car when i went to pick up my car i found damage to the right rear side of the vehicle now when i drive it, the car tends to wobble and doesn't drive straight when the sign is lined up. they denied causing the damage and says there is nothing they can do, is there anything i can do to get my fix and is this kind of damage something that can be fix?
