Five weeks pregnant, ovulation type twinges/pain?

hi hun i had exactly the same thing and at 5 weeks 2 days i was admitted to hospital for an early scan( they did an internal) in fear that it was ectopic. Turned oit i had a cyst on the side that id been having the twinges, sac was in the right place altough ***** see a heartbeat as too eary. A cyst should go on its own and is common when you become pregnant mine just hung around a little longer than normal. Goodluck x
