Did Vinnie do a copyright on Ankh make-up and a fox design face paint?

Gene owns (and has trademarked) all KISS make-up character designs, Vinnie's **** outta luck...Lady Ga-Ga was NEVER considered to be a part of KISS..Vinnie is not or ever been a woman...The original profit contracts were 25% apiece, but now Eric and Tommy are "hired guns" and earn a flat pay.
