How many deaths can be attributed to Walter "Heisenberg" White?

The two cousins would not have been on his trail had he not been involved with Tuco, so all of the people that they killed I supposed could count as well as their deaths. Walt personally killed those two drug dealers in season 3 because they killed that child who would have not died unless Jesse had stepped in. It's very complicated.
