I'm 14 and want to kiss/hug a girl but dont kow how?

I'm 14 nearly 15 and just going out with a girl who is 13 nearly 14 and this is both for us a proper serious relationship but we are both friged and i don't know how to get close ie hugging and just holding each other and how to just kiss here. Im so frustrated that i cant kiss her!
