Small Red Spots On Stomach?

they look and feel like bite marks, but there's to many of them to be bites and ive already had chicken pox. im not allergic to anything and i haven't tried anything new recently!!! i haven't had any recent jabs that i haven't had before and i haven't changed my washing power so i really don't know what it could be!! also there not that close together so there not measels or rubela or shingles please help :D
