Why does America expect its people to be civil, in a uncivilized society.?

I hate how people of upper cl standard, seem to cast expectations on people that dont share the same way of life. I think America locks more humans up then any other country, but this is the land of the free. Im not being pessimistic but realistic, jobs are being exported, and replaced by machinery, is the working man going extinct?.. All we get is over taxation and mean muggs from upper cl ignorant people, not knowing how close they are to facing the same hardships.
